Installation and Fitting Points
Clean the mounting holes and shaft, removing burrs and rust. Mounting hole roughness Ra≤1.6μm, shaft Ra≤0.8μm.
Cold press-fit the outer ring with a pressing force of 8–12 kN. Do not strike or heat-fit.
Ensure a clearance of 0.025–0.045 mm between the inner ring and shaft, with no axial movement of the outer ring and no jamming during rotation.
Apply lithium-based grease to the inner bore before assembly. After assembly, the spherical surface should rotate freely.
