Installation and fitting points: Clean mounting holes and shaft, deburr and remove rust. Mounting hole roughness Ra≤1.6μm, shaft Ra≤0.8μm.
Cold press fitting, pressing force 6–8 kN. Do not strike or heat during fitting to prevent damage to the lining.
Ensure the clearance/interference fit between the inner ring and shaft, and between the outer ring and mounting hole, meets requirements. After press fitting, rotation should be smooth and free of jamming.
Apply extreme pressure lithium-based grease to the inner bore before assembly. After assembly, the hinge should move freely without abnormal noise.
