Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the shaft, bearing housing, and adapter sleeve, removing burrs and rust. The journal roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm, and the bearing housing bore roughness Ra ≤ 1.6μm.
Use adapter sleeve installation. First, fit the adapter sleeve onto the journal, then install the bearing. Tighten the lock nut evenly and lock it with the locking washer.
After installation, the bearing radial clearance should meet the C3 group requirements, rotating freely without jamming or abnormal noise.
Fill the bearing with lithium-based grease before assembly. After assembly, check the grease level to ensure adequate lubrication.
