Installation and fitting points: Clean the bearing housing bore and outer ring, deburr and remove rust. The bearing housing bore roughness Ra≤1.6μm, dimensional tolerance H7.
For cold mounting, use a press to smoothly press the outer ring in; do not strike. For hot mounting, heat the outer ring to 80-100℃ and then quickly install it into the bearing housing.
Post-installation inspection: The coaxiality between the outer ring and the bearing housing should be ≤0.05 mm, the end face runout ≤0.03 mm, and there should be no deformation or scratches.
After assembly with the inner ring and rollers, ensure the radial clearance conforms to group C3 (0.032–0.055 mm).
