Installation and Fitting Points

Clean the mounting holes and pins, removing burrs and rust. Mounting hole roughness Ra≤1.6μm, dimensional tolerance H7.

Use a press to smoothly press the bushing into the mounting hole. Do not strike the bushing end face to prevent deformation.

Post-installation inspection: Bushing coaxiality with mounting hole ≤0.05 mm, inner diameter roundness ≤0.02 mm, no scratches or scoring.

After assembly with the pin, ensure radial clearance of 0.03-0.08 mm, and periodically apply lithium-based grease.
