Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, removing burrs and oil. Journal roughness Ra≤0.8μm, bearing housing bore roughness Ra≤1.6μm.
Inner ring installation: heat (oil temperature 80-100℃). Press the outer ring smoothly into the bearing housing using a press; do not strike the bearing end face.
Install the retaining ring to secure the outer ring and prevent axial movement. Tighten the lock nut to the specified torque.
Post-installation inspection: Bearing end face runout ≤0.05 mm, radial clearance 0.012-0.025 mm, no jamming or abnormal noise.
Add lithium-based grease to ensure adequate bearing lubrication.
