Installation and Maintenance Points
Clean the pin shaft and inner hole of the joint, removing burrs and oil. The inner hole roughness Ra≤1.6μm, and the pin shaft roughness Ra≤0.8μm.
Use a special tool to press the pin shaft into the double-ear hole. Do not strike the ear fork. Ensure the pin shaft and inner hole are coaxial and that there is no jamming during swing.
Post-installation inspection: The swing angle meets the design value, the radial clearance meets the standard, and the ear fork is free from deformation and cracks.
Maintenance: Check the swing flexibility and wear every 1500 working hours. Replace the bushing when wear exceeds 0.3 mm or peeling occurs.
