Installation and Maintenance Points
Clean the contact surfaces of the inner and outer rings, removing oil and burrs. The surface roughness Ra should be ≤1.6μm.

Heat the outer ring (80-100℃) before assembling the inner ring. Do not hammer; ensure a tight, gap-free fit between the spherical surfaces.

Post-installation inspection: No jamming during movement, no wrinkles in the gasket, radial clearance 0.04-0.07mm.

Maintenance: Check gasket wear every 1500 working hours. Replace the inner ring if wear exceeds 0.3mm or peels off.
