Installation and maintenance points:
Clean the inner bore of the bushing and the surface of the trunnion to remove oil and impurities. The roughness of the bushing inner bore should be Ra≤1.6μm.
Assemble using cold pressing or heating (heat the bushing to 80-100℃). Do not directly strike the end face of the bushing.
Post-installation inspection: The bushing and trunnion should fit tightly without looseness or misalignment. The radial clearance should be 0.04-0.07mm.
Maintenance: Check the bushing wear every 1200 working hours. Replace when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.1mm or the self-lubricating coating peels off.
