Installation and maintenance points: Clean the inner bore of the bushing and the surface of the trunnion to remove oil and rust. Ensure the surface roughness of the bushing mounting surface Ra≤1.6μm.

Use cold pressing assembly (pressing force controlled at 8-10 kN) or heating method (heat the bushing to 90-110℃). Hammering the bushing end face is strictly prohibited.

Post-installation inspection: The bushing and trunnion should be free from looseness or misalignment; the radial clearance should be 0.05-0.08 mm; the positioning groove and retainer should fit properly.

Maintenance: Check every 1500 working hours. Replace when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.15 mm, or when the self-lubricating layer falls off or the oil reservoir is blocked.
