Installation and maintenance points:

Clean the bearing inner and outer rings, bushing outer diameter, and mounting seat holes to remove burrs and oil stains, ensuring the mounting surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm.

Cold press installation: Use a special press to press the bearing into the mounting seat, controlling the pressing force to 10-12 kN. Directly hammering the outer ring end face is strictly prohibited.

Positioning and fixing: After the bearing is in place, insert the 009-3799 retainer into the outer ring positioning groove, ensuring axial movement ≤0.05 mm.

Maintenance: Check every 1500 working hours. Replace if the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.2 mm, or if the self-lubricating layer falls off or the oil reservoir is blocked. At the same time, check the condition of the bushing and retainer.
