Installation and Maintenance Points:

After installing the bearing, fixture, and end cap, use the retaining ring pliers to pry open the 032-8014 retaining ring and insert it into the 52 mm groove on the shaft, ensuring the retaining ring is fully engaged in the groove without any looseness.

After installation, check the fit between the retaining ring and the groove (no gap), axial movement ≤ 0.05 mm, and the retaining ring should not be twisted or deformed.

Maintenance: Inspect every 1000 working hours. Replace the retaining ring if it is deformed, broken, or corroded. Simultaneously check the wear condition of the shaft groove (wear depth > 0.1 mm requires shaft groove repair).
