Installation and Maintenance Points
**Before installation, clean the plunger, plunger sleeve, and delivery valve, ensuring they are free of impurities and rust. Inspect the mating surfaces of the components for scratches/pitting.**

Use a special tool to install the plunger into the plunger sleeve, ensuring the keyway aligns with the drive mechanism without jamming, and that it moves smoothly without resistance.

Assemble the 097-3321 spring and the 095-0726 delivery valve, adjusting the spring preload to 12-15 N·m to ensure a smooth seal and return.

After installation, perform a pressure test. The injection pressure deviation should be ≤ ±2 MPa, with no leakage and uniform spray.

Maintenance: Inspect every 2000 working hours. If wear, scoring, or a clearance > 0.005 mm is observed on the plunger surface, replace the plunger and plunger sleeve simultaneously.
