Installation and Maintenance Points
**Before installation, clean the bearing housing bore and journal, ensuring they are free of oil, rust, and impurities. Inspect the bearing for damage, deformation, or seal failure.**

Use the cold installation method (gently tap the inner ring with a copper hammer or press it in with a special installation sleeve at room temperature). Do not directly strike the outer ring or rolling elements to avoid damaging the bearing’s precision.

After installation, check the bearing’s rotational flexibility for any jamming or abnormal noise. The axial clearance should meet design requirements (0.02-0.05 mm).

Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature, vibration, and seal condition every 1500 working hours. If abnormal temperature (exceeding 40℃ of ambient temperature), abnormal noise, or seal failure occurs, replace the bearing immediately. Replace the entire bearing; do not replace only the seal ring or rolling elements.
