Installation and Maintenance Points
**Before installation, clean the retainer and plunger rod annular groove, ensuring they are free of burrs and oil. Inspect the retainer for deformation, cracks, or coating peeling, and ensure its elasticity is normal.**

Use snap ring pliers to widen the retainer opening, align it with the plunger rod annular groove, and insert it, ensuring it is fully embedded and fits snugly against the slipper end face without gaps.

After installation, pull the slipper to check for axial movement, ensure the plunger reciprocates smoothly without jamming, and perform a high-pressure test to ensure no leakage and stable pressure.

Maintenance: Check the retainer’s elasticity and wear every 2000 working hours. Replace it immediately if deformation, cracks, or loosening are observed to prevent plunger assembly failure.
