Installation and maintenance points:
Clean the journal and the inner hole of the oil retainer ring, ensuring no burrs or oil stains. Check that the scraper blade is undamaged, the tapered surface is not deformed, and the interference fit between the inner hole and the shaft meets the requirements.

Cold press the journal (use a special sleeve to press it in evenly, ensuring the end face fits snugly against the shaft shoulder without misalignment), ensuring the large end of the tapered surface faces the oil return cavity, with a clearance of 2.0-2.5 mm between the journal and the bearing end face.

Inspection: Rotation should be smooth without jamming, the scraper blade should fit snugly against the shaft without gap, and the oil return groove should align with the oil return hole of the housing without interference.

Maintenance: Check lip wear every 2000 hours (≤0.5 mm can continue to be used, more than 0.8 mm should be replaced), and clean the oil return groove every 6000 hours to avoid blockage that could lead to oil slinging failure.
