Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the bushing mounting holes and rocker arm shaft surface, checking for burrs, scratches, or deformation, and ensuring the bushing oil grooves are clear and unobstructed.

Use a dedicated bushing press (075-2345) to press the bushing into the rocker arm hole, ensuring an interference fit of 0.02-0.04 mm. After press-fitting, the inner diameter should be 25 mm (tolerance 0-0.01 mm), without ellipticity or taper.

After installation, inject SAE 15W-40 engine oil and check that the rocker arm rotates freely around the shaft without jamming or abnormal noise, and that axial movement is ≤0.05 mm.

Maintenance: Check bushing wear every 2000 hours (replace when inner diameter wear is ≥0.15 mm), change engine oil regularly to ensure adequate lubrication and avoid dry friction.
