Installation: One piece per fuel pump, installed in the outer groove of the bearing to prevent axial movement of the bearing. Works with the fixation to ensure stable axial clearance of the rotor.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Clean the mounting groove and check that the retaining ring is free from deformation and cracks, has normal opening elasticity, and that the mounting groove size matches.

Use retaining ring pliers to pry open the retaining ring and insert it into the outer mounting groove of the bearing, ensuring it is fully engaged without looseness or misalignment.

After installation, check that the bearing rotates freely without jamming or abnormal noise, and that axial movement is ≤0.03 mm.

Maintenance: Check the elasticity and installation condition of the retaining ring every 2000 hours. Replace it promptly if deformation or weakened elasticity is found to prevent bearing displacement.
