Installation and Maintenance Points

Before installation, clean the shaft groove, bearing end face, and retaining ring. Check the retaining ring for deformation, cracks, normal elasticity, and intact clamp holes.

Use shaft retaining ring pliers to pry open the retaining ring, insert it into the shaft groove, and ensure it is fully engaged with the bearing end face without gaps.

After installation, check that the bearing axial movement is ≤0.03 mm, operates smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise, and that the retaining ring shows no signs of loosening.

Maintenance: Check the elasticity and installation condition of the retaining ring every 2000 hours. Replace it immediately if it is deformed, loses elasticity, or breaks to prevent the bearing from shifting and causing damage to the components.
