Installation and Maintenance Points:
Clean the shaft and bearing housing bore. Check the bearing for rust, cracks, and jamming. Ensure the seals are intact, undamaged, and undeformed.

Use the cold-press method for installation. Apply even pressure to the inner ring end face using a dedicated bearing installation tool. Do not strike the outer ring or seals.

After installation, check that the bearing operates smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise. Axial runout ≤ 0.05 mm, radial runout ≤ 0.03 mm.

Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature (≤ 80℃) and lubrication condition every 2000 hours. Replace the bearing immediately if the temperature is abnormal or abnormal noise occurs. When replacing the bearing, replace the seals and grease simultaneously.
