Installation and Maintenance Points:

Clean the cab floor mounting surface, verify the hole positions and bolt specifications, and check that the seat is not deformed, the slide rails are smooth, and the seat belts and airbags are intact.

Position the seat according to the hole positions, tighten the bolts evenly diagonally to ensure there is no looseness, connect the power supply and airbag inflation interface, and test the adjustment and suspension functions to ensure they are normal.

After installation, check that the slide rails slide smoothly without jamming, the airbag shock absorption is effective, the seat belt locking/releasing is flexible, and the backrest and headrest are properly adjusted.

Maintenance: Every 500 hours, check the bolt torque, slide rail lubrication, and airbag air tightness; every 2000 hours, change the slide rail grease, check the airbag elasticity, and replace worn/aged parts promptly.
