Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the bolts, nuts, and mounting surfaces. Inspect the washers for deformation, cracks, and tooth damage, ensuring the teeth are sharp and unworn. Assemble in sequence: Pass the bolt through the connected parts → Insert the 077-5822 washer (serrations facing down) → Tighten the nut to the specified torque, ensuring the serrations are engaged with the connected parts to prevent loosening.
