Installation Method: The center hole is interference-fitted with the shaft (φ80 mm). The keyway is positioned with the shaft key. Edge bolts connect the flywheel/flange. During installation, use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts diagonally to ensure a flush fit, no off-center load, and axial clearance ≤0.1 mm.

Matching Components: Each drive plate comes with 8 grade 10.9 bolts and 8 spring washers, used with 077-5842 bearings and 077-5945 bearing retaining rings for power transmission and positioning in the drive system.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the drive plate surface, shaft diameter, keyway, and bolt holes. Check for burrs, cracks, and deformation. Measure dimensions and runout to ensure compliance with installation requirements.

Hot-fit the drive plate to the shaft (80-100℃). After aligning the keyway, press it into place. Tighten the bolts in three diagonal stages to the specified preload. Check the flush fit and runout.

After installation, the rotation was tested to be flexible and without jamming, with no abnormal noise, stable torque transmission, and axial and radial runout within the allowable range. All connections were secure.

Maintenance: Check the flatness, runout, and bolt preload of the drive plate every 1500 hours. Replace the drive plate if deformation, cracks, keyway wear, or surface peeling are found. Do not strike or heat-reassemble deformed parts after disassembly to avoid secondary damage.
