Installation: One bushing is provided for each shaft hole. It is press-fitted into the housing hole, fitting snugly against the bearing outer ring end face to ensure axial positioning accuracy and reduce wear caused by vibration.
Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the bushing and housing hole. Check that the bushing is free from deformation and plating peeling, and that the housing hole is free from burrs and rust, and that dimensions and tolerances match.
Use a pressing tool to smoothly press the bushing into the housing hole, applying even pressure and avoiding skewing. After pressing, the bushing end face should be flush with the housing hole end face without any steps.
After installation, check that the clearance between the bushing inner diameter and shaft diameter meets requirements, that rotation is flexible without jamming, and that the lubrication groove is unobstructed, ensuring even distribution of grease.
Maintenance: Check the bushing wear every 1000 hours. Replace it when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.2 mm. Do not knock or press repeatedly after disassembly to avoid deformation of the steel backing and peeling of the coating.
