Installation instructions: One piece per shaft. During installation, first install the inner ring (hot-fit 80-100℃), then install the outer ring and roller assembly. Adjust the clearance to the recommended range, use the bearing retainer ring for axial positioning, and preload the bolts to 200-220 N·m.

Installation and maintenance points: Clean all bearing components, check for cracks, rust, and roller jamming. Measure the inner ring inner diameter, outer ring outer diameter, and shaft/housing dimensions to ensure compliance with tolerances.

Install the inner ring onto the journal using heat. After cooling, install the roller and cage assembly, then install the outer ring. Measure the clearance with a feeler gauge and control it to 0.10-0.15 mm by adjusting the shims.

After installation, rotate the bearing by hand. It should rotate freely without jamming or abnormal noise. Axial runout should be ≤0.05 mm, and radial runout ≤0.08 mm.

Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature and vibration every 1500 hours. Temperature ≤80℃. Replace the bearing when the clearance is >0.25 mm or when abnormal noise or overheating occurs. Do not strike during disassembly to avoid damaging the rolling elements.
