Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the mounting surface, retainer, and bolts. Check the retainer for deformation and cracks, ensure the stop matches the bearing outer ring/end cap, and that the bolt threads are intact.
Align the stop with the bearing outer ring/end cap, insert the bolts, and tighten evenly to 32-38 N·m using a torque wrench in 2-3 passes.
Post-installation inspection: The retainer should fit tightly against the mounting surface without looseness, rotating parts should not interfere, and there should be no leakage at the seals.
Maintenance: Check the bolt tightness and retainer deformation every 1000 hours; replace the retainer if it is deformed or the bolts are loose to prevent bearing displacement and equipment failure.
