Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the seat base and cab mounting surface, check for frame deformation, no jamming in the adjustment mechanism, and alignment of mounting holes.

Tighten the M12 bolts diagonally to secure the seat, install the seat belt and armrests, and adjust the fore-aft/height/tilt angle to the appropriate position.

Post-Installation Inspection: The seat should not wobble, adjustments should be flexible, seat belts should lock normally, and the suspension mechanism should have no abnormal noises.

Maintenance: Every 1000 hours, check bolt torque, clean the slide rails and suspension mechanism, and apply lithium-based grease. Replace damaged fabric or malfunctioning suspension components promptly.
