Installation and Maintenance Points:

Installation: Clean the dust-proof grooves in the cylinder head, checking for burrs and scratches. Use a special tool to press the dust scraper ring into the groove, ensuring the lip faces outwards, is coaxial with the piston rod, and is free from twisting or misalignment.

Maintenance: Check the dust scraper ring lip for wear, tear, and aging every 200 hours. Replace immediately if any problems are found. Avoid contact with sharp parts to prevent scratching the lip.

Replacement: When disassembling the old part, check for wear on the dustproof groove. Install the new part in the original position, ensuring that the lip has good elasticity and fits tightly with the piston rod without gaps.
