Maintenance: Check the bolt tightness every 500 hours. Ensure the crossbeam is free of deformation and cracks. If loose, retighten to the correct torque. Replace immediately if cracks are found to prevent structural failure.

Replacement: Disassemble the old part and inspect the mounting surface for wear. Repair any parts that exceed tolerances by welding. Before installing the new part, check its dimensions and surface quality to ensure there is no deformation or cracks, and that the coaxiality of the bolt holes and component holes is ≤0.2 mm.
