Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Clean the mounting surface, position the seat rails, insert the bolts, and tighten symmetrically to a torque of 35 N·m; check the suspension mechanism and rail operation to ensure smooth fore-and-aft and backrest adjustments without jamming, and ensure the safety belt is securely installed.
Maintenance: Every 300 hours, check the seat frame for deformation, the fabric for damage, and the suspension springs for normal elasticity. Ensure the slide rails are lubricated. Regularly clean the seat surface to prevent oil stains from corroding the fabric and affecting its lifespan.
Replacement: Disassemble the old part to check the mounting position and slide rails; correct any deformation. Before installing the new part, check its dimensions and surface quality; ensure the frame is free of cracks and the fabric is undamaged. Ensure that after installation, the adjustment function is normal and the shock absorption effect is good.
