Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the mounting surface, position the base, insert the M6×20 bolts and tighten to a torque of 15 N·m; insert the wire harness/conduit into the clips, fasten the clips, check for looseness and interference, and ensure the fastener fits tightly with the wire harness/conduit.

Maintenance: Every 200 hours, check the clips for aging or breakage, and the base for rust. Replace any damaged parts immediately; regularly tidy up the wire harness/conduit, avoiding excessive bending, and ensure the fastener functions properly.

Replacement: Disassemble the old part and inspect the mounting surface; remove any rust. Before installing the new part, check its dimensions and material, ensure the clips are elastic, and the base is free of burrs. Ensure the new part is securely fixed and fits the outer diameter of the wire harness/conduit after installation.
