Application Scenarios: Suitable for frequent load-changing operations such as excavation and loading, including continuous excavation and shoveling operations. Compatible with: 085-3307 single-row deep groove ball bearings, 083-5018 shaft retaining rings, and 083-5020 adjusting rings. The bushing provides wear resistance, friction reduction, and positioning; the bearing provides rotational support; the retaining ring provides axial positioning; and the adjusting ring controls the bearing’s axial clearance. Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the bushing, journal, and mounting hole. Check the bushing surface for scratches and deformation. Use cold mounting or heated mounting (heating temperature ≤80℃). Avoid striking the bushing. After installation, ensure the bushing fits well with the journal and mounting hole, without jamming or looseness, and rotates freely without abnormal noise.

Maintenance: Check the bushing for wear, deformation, and cracks every 200 hours. Replace immediately if any abnormalities are found. Regularly replenish grease to maintain good lubrication and extend the bushing’s service life.

Replacement: Use a special puller when removing the old bushing to avoid damaging the journal and mounting hole; check the size and accuracy of the new bushing before installation to ensure that it is consistent with the original specifications; after installation, test the component to ensure that it runs smoothly without abnormal noise, thus ensuring stable operation.
