CAT 093-4338 (0934338) is a steel single-tooth track shoe specifically designed for the Caterpillar 600GT track assembly. It is suitable for mini excavators, used in tracked walking systems, and provides traction and wear resistance for heavy-duty Cat® Parts applications.
Core Parameters and Information
Item Details
Part Model: CAT 093-4338 (0934338) 600GT Track Shoe
Type: Single-tooth steel track shoe, compatible with 600GT track assembly, load-bearing and drive components of the track walking system
Material: High-strength wear-resistant alloy steel, surface hardened + wear-resistant coating, impact-resistant and wear-resistant, suitable for 600GT operating conditions
Key Dimensions: Length approx. 450mm, width approx. 320mm, thickness approx. 50mm, single tooth height approx. 60mm, single weight approx. 28kg
Compatible Models: CAT 307, 308 and other mini excavators
Matching Relationship: Compatible with 093-4052/093-4053/093-4054 retainers and M20 bolts and nuts, each track shoe comes with 2-4 retainers
Compatibility and Application
Compatible Parts: 600GT The track assembly link, secured with bolts and nuts via retainers, consists of several evenly distributed links on each side of the track, providing stable support and drive.
Application Scenarios: Suitable for small-scale earthmoving, municipal engineering, and other applications. Compatible with the 600GT track assembly, ensuring stable movement and reducing malfunctions.
Core Functions: Transmits driving and braking forces, supports the machine’s weight, protects the ground (compared to multi-tooth track shoes), extends the track system’s lifespan, and improves safety and efficiency.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the track shoes, link, and mounting surfaces, checking for deformation and cracks. Tighten the retainer bolts to 280-320 N·m with a torque wrench, ensuring a tight, gap-free fit and appropriate track tension (60-80 mm sag).
Maintenance: Check track shoe wear and retainer tightness every 50-100 hours. Address any issues promptly if wear exceeds limits or retainers become loose. Replace track shoes when a single tooth wear exceeds 15 mm.
Replacement: When replacing, check the chain links, retainers and other components at the same time. Give priority to original parts, ensure that the size and material match, and test the walking to ensure that there is no deviation or abnormal noise after installation.
