Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the bearings and mating parts, check for cracks and deformation; use hot fitting (oil temperature 80-100℃) or cold pressing installation, ensuring an interference fit between the bearing inner ring and the shaft, and a clearance fit between the outer ring and the bearing cap; after installation, rotate the guide wheel; there should be no jamming or abnormal noise, and the axial movement should be ≤0.2mm.

Maintenance: Check the bearing grease condition every 200 hours and replenish with lithium-based grease (NLGI 2); check bearing clearance and wear every 500 hours, and replace immediately if clearance exceeds 0.3mm or raceway peeling occurs.

Replacement: Use original parts first. After installation, test that the guide wheel rotates smoothly, the track runs without deviation or abnormal noise, ensuring stable operation of the track system.
