CAT 094-0616 (0940616) is a Caterpillar final drive roller bearing (cylindrical roller bearing) suitable for the final drive/travel gearboxes of medium and large excavators such as CAT 320/323/326. It bears radial loads, supports the stable operation of transmission components, and ensures efficient and reliable power transmission from the gearbox.
Core Parameters
Item Details
Part Model: CAT 094-0616 (0940616) Final Drive Roller Bearing
Type: Cylindrical roller bearing, bearing radial load, supporting transmission components
Material: GCr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel, quenched and tempered, roller and raceway surfaces ground, precision P5 grade, wear-resistant, fatigue-resistant, and highly stable
Key Dimensions: Inner diameter approx. 65mm, outer diameter approx. 120mm, width approx. 23mm, single weight approx. 1.12kg, suitable for final drive output shaft and housing mounting position
Suitable Models: CAT 320, 323, 326 and other medium and large excavators (suitable for final drive/travel gearbox)
Matching Relationship: Matches final drive output shaft, housing, oil seal and bearing seat, one for each left and right final drive of each excavator
Adaptation and Application
Suitable Parts: Final drive / The bearing between the output shaft and housing of the travel gearbox supports the output shaft, bears radial loads, ensures the coaxiality of transmission components, and reduces operating vibration and noise.
Application Scenarios: Heavy-duty applications such as mining, large-scale earthmoving projects, and road construction. Suitable for the final drive of medium to large excavators, ensuring stable power transmission and extending gearbox life.
Core Functions: Bears radial loads, supports the final drive output shaft, ensures the coaxiality of transmission components, reduces operating vibration and noise, and improves the reliability and lifespan of the gearbox.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the mounting surfaces of the output shaft and housing, check the journal and housing bore dimensions, heat the bearing to 80-100℃ for heat installation, and use a dial indicator to check radial runout ≤0.05mm to ensure coaxiality.
Maintenance: Check bearing operating noise, temperature, and lubricating oil quality every 500 hours. If the temperature is abnormal (>80℃) or the noise increases, disassemble and inspect. Replace immediately if wear/clearance exceeds the standard. Regularly replace with gear oil conforming to CAT standards.
Replacement: Original parts are preferred. After installation, the final drive is tested and found to have no abnormal noise or temperature rise, ensuring stable operation of the gearbox.
