CAT 094-9132 (0949132) is a dedicated main bearing assembly for Caterpillar hydraulic pumps/slewing motors. It is compatible with large equipment such as 349/352/374 excavators and 982/988 loaders, supporting the main shaft and bearing radial and bidirectional axial loads. It ensures stable transmission and reliable sealing, and is a core load-bearing component of the power system (Cat® Parts).

Compatible Machines CAT 349, 352, 374 excavators, 982, 988 loaders, compatible with C13/C15 The hydraulic pump and rotary motor of the engine are compatible with the following components:
Matching relationship: They are matched with the retainer (094-8831/094-8835), spring base (094-8233), and lower retaining ring (094-7732), installed inside the bearing cavity to support the main shaft and suppress vibration.
Applications:
Suitable parts: Hydraulic pump main shaft support position, rotary motor output shaft bearing cavity. They are installed in the bearing housing with an interference fit, supporting the main shaft and bearing radial loads. They work with the axial retainer to prevent movement, ensure preload and sealing effect, and prevent oil leakage and component wear.
Application scenarios: Heavy-duty, high-frequency vibration conditions such as mining and large-scale earthmoving. Suitable for medium and large equipment power systems, improving bearing life and operational stability, and reducing the risk of failure.
Core functions: Provides high-strength radial support, offsets impact loads, suppresses vibration, protects seals and spring bases, extends component life, and reduces maintenance frequency.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the bearing housing and spindle surface. Heat the bearing (80-100℃) before heat-fitting. Control the interference fit to 0.02-0.05mm. After installation, check the radial clearance (0.03-0.06mm). Tighten the axial retainer according to specifications (torque approximately 500-550N・m) to ensure no jamming or abnormal noise.
Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature (≤80℃) and vibration value every 200 hours. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil and filter element. If abnormal noise, abnormal temperature rise, or seal leakage is found, immediately stop the machine for repair.
Replacement: Prioritize original parts. Verify the model and dimensions. After installation, test the power system to ensure it operates normally, without abnormal noise, leakage, or abnormal temperature rise.
