CAT 095-1014 (0951014) is a Caterpillar single-row cylindrical roller bearing, suitable for the gearboxes/transfer cases and drive axle main reducers of heavy-duty equipment such as 349/352/374 excavators and 982/988 loaders. It is used to withstand heavy radial loads and is suitable for low- to medium-speed operating conditions. It is often matched with bearing housings and locknuts to ensure stable transmission and reliable support under heavy loads.
Core Parameters
Item Details
Part Model: CAT 095-1014 (0951014) Roller Bearing (Cat® Parts)
Type: Single-row cylindrical roller bearing, without outer ring flange (NU type), separable inner/outer ring, suitable for heavy radial loads, suitable for low- to medium-speed applications
Material: Inner/Outer Ring: GCr15 chromium bearing steel, quenched and tempered, hardness HRC60-64; Rolling Elements: GCr15, precision P5; Cage: Stamped steel plate/copper alloy, high rigidity and impact resistance
Key Dimensions: Inner diameter approx. 140mm, outer diameter approx. 210mm, width approx. 40mm, roller diameter approx. 16mm, quantity approx. 20 pieces, single weight approx. 5.8kg
Compatible Machines: CAT 349, 352, 374 excavators, 982, 988 loaders, compatible with C13/C15 Engine transmission, transfer case, and drive axle final drive:
Matching relationship: Matches with bearing housings and locknuts, installed on the transmission output shaft and drive axle differential support, bearing heavy radial loads while allowing slight axial movement of the shaft system.
Adaptation and application:
Applicable parts: Transmission secondary shaft/intermediate shaft, drive axle final drive input shaft support, interference fit on bearing housings, bearing heavy radial loads, suitable for low-to-medium speed and impact conditions, ensuring stable transmission under heavy loads.
Application scenarios: Heavy-duty operations in mining, infrastructure, etc., adapting to core support components of the transmission system, improving bearing impact resistance and lifespan, and reducing failure risk.
Core functions: Heavy radial support, reducing friction, suppressing vibration, adapting to heavy-load impacts, protecting the shaft system and housing, extending component lifespan, and reducing maintenance frequency.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the bearing housing and shaft surface. Heat (≤100℃) the inner ring before installation, controlling the radial clearance to 0.025-0.045mm. Tighten with locknuts to ensure no looseness or jamming, and avoid uneven loading.
Maintenance: Check bearing temperature (≤85℃) and vibration every 250 hours. Regularly change gear oil and filter elements. If abnormal noise, abnormal temperature rise, or excessive metal shavings in the oil are found, immediately stop the machine for repair.
Replacement: Prioritize original parts. Verify the model and dimensions. After installation, test the transmission system to ensure it operates normally, without abnormal noise, leakage, or abnormal temperature rise.
