CAT 095-9850 COVER BRG

CAT 095-9850 (0959850) is a track tensioner cylinder bearing cover for the 760GT tracked chassis. It is a disc-shaped cast steel structure with a sealing groove, compatible with models such as 349/352/374/395 excavators and 982/988 loaders. Installed inside the tensioner cylinder end cover, it positions and protects the 095-8931 bearing, providing a dustproof seal. Working in conjunction with the 095-9760 spring base and 095-9772 spring seat, it ensures stable operation of the tensioning system (Cat® Parts).

Adaptation and application: Installation position: Inside the end cover (095-9543) of the track tensioning cylinder, fixed with flange bolts. The outer ring of the 095-8931 bearing is fitted into the center hole. An O-ring is installed in the sealing groove, fitting snugly with the end cover to form a sealed cavity. Located outside the 095-9643/095-9665 retainer, it works together to protect the core components of the tensioning system.

Application Scenarios: Suitable for heavy-duty operations such as mining stripping, rock crushing, and tunnel excavation. It withstands radial loads and vibrations on the bearings, prevents external impurities from entering the hydraulic cylinder, and is suitable for high-intensity working environments.
