Installation Steps:

Maintenance Cycle: Check every 800 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 400 hours under harsh operating conditions. Focus on checking for base deformation, loose locating pins, damaged dust cover, and clearance between the spring and base.

Replacement Standards: Complete replacement is required if the base is deformed/cracked, locating pin wear exceeds 0.8mm, dust cover is damaged, threads are stripped, or coating is peeling or rusted. If irreparable, it cannot be used.
