Installation Steps:

Maintenance Cycle: Check every 800 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 400 hours under harsh operating conditions. Focus on checking for housing cracks, bearing noise, seal aging, and gear wear.

Replacement Criteria: Complete replacement is required if the housing is deformed/cracked, gear tooth wear exceeds 0.3mm, bearing clearance exceeds 0.2mm, seals are damaged, or threads are stripped. If irreparable, the entire unit must be replaced.
