Pulley Positioning Installation: Fixed to the front housing of the engine front gear chamber (e.g., 245-3683), used to support the fan pulley or idler pulley, ensuring the coaxiality of the pulley with the crankshaft pulley and water pump pulley, preventing belt misalignment and slippage, and reducing transmission system vibration.

Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Steps:
Clean the mounting surface of the bracket and the contact surface with the front gear chamber housing; insert the locating pin and place the gasket (if applicable);
Align the bracket with the locating pin and pre-tighten with M12×1.75 bolts, tightening in two steps at a torque of 45-50 N·m in a crosswise manner;
Install the pulley, checking that the pulley radial runout is ≤0.05 mm, the belt tension meets the original manufacturer’s specifications, and there is no jamming during operation.
Maintenance Cycle: Check every 2000 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 1000 hours under harsh operating conditions (high dust, high temperature, high vibration), focusing on checking bolt torque attenuation, bracket deformation, and leakage at the mounting surface.
Replacement criteria: If the bracket has cracks, the flatness of the mounting surface exceeds 0.1mm, the bolt hole is stripped, or the locating pin hole is worn beyond 0.08mm, it must be replaced and cannot be repaired.
