Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Steps:
Clean the connector threads and sealing surface. Before installation, apply a small amount of hydraulic oil to the threads (do not use Teflon tape/sealant);
Tighten the connector to a torque of 18-22 N·m, ensuring the 37° conical surface fits snugly against the oil pipe/connector without gaps;
After installation, perform a pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure. A pressure hold of 5 minutes without leakage indicates it is合格 (qualified).
Maintenance Cycle: Under standard operating conditions, inspect every 2000 hours, focusing on thread damage, surface corrosion, and sealing surface wear; under harsh operating conditions (high dust, high temperature), shorten to 1500 hours.
Replacement Standard: If thread stripping, scratches/dents on the sealing surface, or surface corrosion cause seal failure, the entire connector must be replaced; it cannot be repaired.
