Fully Split Design (No Shaft Disassembly Required) The inner ring, outer ring, rollers, and cage are all split in half, allowing direct assembly/disassembly on the shaft without removing adjacent components such as couplings, gearboxes, motors, and pulleys. Downtime is reduced from hours to tens of minutes.
Enhanced Load Capacity and Lifespan The 01E series uses a patented brass cage with more rollers and more stable contact, significantly improving radial/axial load capacity compared to the 01B series, providing a larger safety margin and longer lifespan.
Positioning and Floating Pairing GR Positioning Type: Restricts axial movement of the shaft, withstands radial and bidirectional axial forces, used for fixing the shaft end. Standard Pairing: The fixed end uses 01EB90MGR, and the floating end uses 01EB90MEX (radial only, allows for thermal expansion and contraction of the shaft), forming a standard positioning + floating configuration.
