Core Functions: Double-walled adhesive design; after heating, the inner adhesive melts and fills gaps, achieving a seal and moisture protection (IP67). The outer tube is insulating and wear-resistant, resisting vibration abrasion and chemical corrosion, preventing short circuits and open circuits in the wire harness, and extending the wire harness’s service life.

Installation Points: Strip 8-10mm of wire from the wire harness connector. After inserting the sleeve, heat evenly with a heat gun (120-140℃), shrinking from the middle to both ends to expel air, ensuring no bubbles or wrinkles, and that the adhesive layer overflows for a seal. Avoid localized overheating to prevent damage to the wire harness insulation layer.

Maintenance points: Check the sleeve for damage, detachment, or seal failure every 500 hours. Replace it immediately if any abnormalities are found. Avoid contact with sharp or high-temperature parts (>150℃) to prevent damage to the sleeve.
