Installation and fitting points:
Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, removing burrs, oil, and rust. Journal roughness Ra≤0.8μm, bearing housing bore roughness Ra≤1.6μm.
Inner ring heating installation (oil temperature 80-100℃, open flame heating prohibited). Press the outer ring smoothly into the bearing housing using a press, avoiding striking the bearing end face.
Post-installation inspection: Bearing end face runout ≤0.05 mm, radial clearance 0.015-0.035 mm, no jamming or abnormal noise.
Tighten the lock nut to the specified torque. Install the retaining ring to secure the outer ring and prevent axial movement.
Install the seal ring and grease nipple, adding lithium-based grease until overflowing.
