Installation and maintenance points:

Clean the bearing inner and outer rings, bushing outer diameter, and mounting hole to remove burrs and oil stains, ensuring the surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6μm.

Cold press installation: Use a special press to press the bearing into the mounting seat, controlling the pressing force at 12-15 kN. Directly hammering the outer ring end face is strictly prohibited.

Positioning and fixing: After the bearing is in place, insert the 009-3799 retainer into the outer ring positioning groove, ensuring axial movement ≤ 0.05 mm.

Maintenance: Check every 2000 working hours. Replace when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.2 mm, or when the self-lubricating layer falls off or the oil reservoir is blocked. Check the condition of the bushing and retainer at the same time when replacing.
