Installation and Maintenance Points: Heat the bearing inner ring to 80-100℃ and then heat-fit it onto the journal, ensuring the inner ring end face fits snugly against the shaft shoulder without gaps.

Press the outer ring into the bearing housing, insert the 031-4772/031-4773 retainer, and tighten the bolts to 8-10 N·m. Bend the anti-loosening locking plate 90° to prevent it from slipping.

After installation, check the radial clearance to be 0.015-0.025 mm and the axial movement to be ≤0.05 mm. Ensure the retainer is not loose or deformed.

Maintenance: Inspect every 1500 working hours. Replace the bearing if the temperature exceeds 80℃, the rollers/raceways are worn, or the retainer fails. Simultaneously check the bushing condition.
