Installation and maintenance points:

After installing the bearing and retainer, align the end cap locating step with the bearing housing bore and gently press it into place, ensuring the sealing lip fits snugly against the journal.

Secure the end cap notch with the locating screws, torque 3-5 N・m, to prevent the end cap from rotating with the shaft.

After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.1 mm, and ensure the sealing lip is free of flaring or damage, ensuring dustproof performance.

Maintenance: Inspect every 1000 working hours. Replace the end cap if it is deformed, or the sealing lip is aged or damaged. Simultaneously check the condition of the bearings and bushings.
