Installation and Maintenance Points

Before installation, clean the journal and bearing housing bore, ensuring no burrs or rust remain. Apply a small amount of lubricating grease (lithium-based grease, NLGI 2).

Heat the inner ring using the hot fitting method (oil temperature 80-100℃) and then fit it onto the journal. After cooling, ensure the inner ring and shaft are interference-fitted, guaranteeing the inner ring end face fits snugly against the shaft shoulder.

Install the 032-8972 locating ring and 032-4888 end cap, then install the 032-8014 elastic retaining ring, ensuring the retaining ring is firmly seated in the shaft groove and the bearing does not move axially.

After installation, check that the radial clearance is 0.01-0.02 mm, the axial runout is ≤0.05 mm, and the rotation is smooth and without jamming.

Maintenance: Check every 1000 working hours. Replace the bearing if abnormal noise, increased vibration, or wear (radial clearance >0.1 mm) occurs. Simultaneously check the condition of the journal and mating parts.
