Installation and maintenance points:

Before installation, clean the end cap, bearing outer ring, and locating ring to ensure there are no burrs or rust. Apply a small amount of sealant (Loctite 515) to the mating surfaces of the end cap and bearing outer ring.

Align the end cap stop with the bearing outer ring and press it in, ensuring the stop is fully embedded and the end face fits tightly against the bearing outer ring end face without gaps.

Install the 032-8972 locating ring and the 032-8014 elastic retaining ring in sequence, ensuring the retaining ring is properly seated in the shaft groove and that the end cover does not move axially.

After installation, check that the coaxiality between the end cover and the bearing is ≤0.02 mm, that the rotating bearing rotates smoothly without jamming, and that the end cover is not loose.

Maintenance: Every 1000 working hours, check the end cover for deformation and cracks, and check the sealing surface for leaks. Replace any problematic parts immediately, and simultaneously check the condition of the mating components.
